Dear ADMIN
I respect you and appreciate your time But I need your help on this matter. I have been playing the server for two months and I enjoy it very much with my friends. I have a lot of things going on inside the server, and my device is very weak, with a GT 610 graphics card from Nvidia. I installed Redux to optimize settings, but I didn't know it was blocked, and I was banned for 60 days. I apologize for this problem and I deleted it. Can you reduce the penalty so that I can play with my friends again
