Dear Adham , I was recently banned for violating General rule 6.3, and I want to sincerely apologize for my actions. This is my first time being banned, and I was not aware of this rule since I am new to the city. I assure you that I will not repeat this mistake again. i didnt even know how to make a forum so thats why i waited for my friend to help me . I hope that my apology will be accepted, and I kindly request that my ban be lifted so that I can continue playing. I am genuinely sorry for any inconvenience or disruption caused.
