Dear Floki, Bobby or Adham,
Tomorrow I will be going on a trip to another city but I want to continue playing there because I love the project very much, so i need your permission to play there because my ip adress will change but my social club and laptop won't change, so please grant me the permission to play there.

As long as details used to open the account is the same as current and no random connection to other accounts happen you will be fine.
