Rejected Lack of decision | Opti pride

Hello to the person reading this.
Today i was in my friend bunker when a guy entered and start killing us, i report to the admin sayin that he was insulting and RDM me and my friend, the admin opti pride said that he didnt ear any insult and i agree with what he said. Since that moment, u can see in admins pov that the guy was killing me and reviving me with a gun in his hand (Powergaming = demorgan). The admin opti pride didnt do anything besides looking i was writing another report and the report chat close and switch up to the other chat and i write like 2 words, i got punished by fail rp, and the other guy got punished for 3.2.
My problem with this situation his, i ask to the admin to watch his POV and ask opti why he didnt punished right away when he sees a guy clearly do powergaming, and then dont matter the situation u cant revive and kill the guy how many times u want , thats consider bug abuse because he is reseting the timer to go to hospital. I m dont want to my warn get removed because i agree with my punishment. Opti just stand watching a guy bug abusing (killing and reviving to reset timer ), doing powergaming(revive with the gun in his hand) , and only when he insults my parents he decide to act. In my point of view a admin have to act faster , or he gonna let the situation escalate getting worser and worser. Check opti pride POV and u will see what i m talking about.

i understand that he didnt saw the situation since the beggining but , that dont mean that he cannot punish a guy that is doing bug abusing and powergaming at the same time
