Dear Mazhor Pluxury, I hope you are doing well, this case is getting quite complicated so I will provide you a time stamp below on the issue.
I had been banned for 60 days due to server disrespect, the reason being because I said "server dead" in the club chat. I felt there was a bit of miscommunication, so I made a thread apologizing and requesting my ban to be reduced. I had posted many threads regarding this issue, but it was always rejected by Lebron Pluxury, today Lebron Pluxury had decided review my thread and instead of rejecting it he change my punishment from 60 days to a permanent ban on en2, there is no reason for me to receive such a serious punishment for 'disrespecting the server', I feel as though I had been cheated, I am loyal to Grand and have spent 2000 hours playing constantly for months, even going so far as to host a family and events for my family members to be more interactive. I humbly apologies for my actions and I will gladly accept a money wipe if it means I will be unbanned from en2,

3) 07/04/2024 I posted forum apologizing for my actions and for my sentence to be reduced, on the same day Lebron changed my punishment form 60 days to permanent ban with no clear reason.
