Approved - rdm + event rule 1.2 | 27345, 1933

he killed me while an event was going in the same place + 1933 tried to shoot at me in the start of the clip and finished me at the end which should be event 1.2 aswell and he randomly kicked me of my bike

there is no Rule that you arent allowed to Punch someone, it was even 1 time so where is the problem now?
