Rejected Ruby Specter Banned for 7 days on the 2nd warning

2 days ago my main account was banned for the 3rd warning and I accept and respect this decision
but I just opened my 2nd czar and after I got my first jail sentence, I was banned again for 7 days without any other punishment and I object because I have never received any jail sentence and warning before, please I wish my punishment to be removed and I want to log back into the game because I have no right to open an account

and when I was banned, I was afky, 2 hours later I came home and realized that I was banned, that day I was banned for 7 days without any crime and punishment.

sir but I didn't get the 2nd warning, I didn't even go to jail, I had a warning, I just got 2 warnings and I was banned for 7 days.
