This is thread got me banned for bug abuse

Entered into the water race in Spheres of Influence and noticed that this guy moves his ski before starting of the event. its clear he even tried to push me back. General Rule 6.23 Any kind of bug abuse is forbidden | BAN up to PERMANENT

i already apologized the person who made the complaint for the bug because i didn't do it on purpose.i just accidently hit the ski and it started drifting away.i didn't pushed it i pressed F to get on the ski and it hit the ski you can also see that my character bugged because it tried to get on the other ski.i understand this is a bug but i did not abused it it happend unintentionally.i invested a lot of time and money in to this game and 30 days is too much for something i did by mistake my business and my home will be lost.
if its possiable i would like to get unbanned for my mistake and as you can see in the POV i just hit the ski 1 time and it drifted.if unbanning is not possiable.please at least reduce my ban time so i wont lose my hard work it will cost me months of time.i really want to keep playing this game sir mazhor.

to your knowledge i was not even aware that we can push those vehicles at that time.does it counts abuse if i just discovered that bug for the first time by mistake ?
