was asking simple questions that are related to the in game and problems in city since i have just been punished for

2.1 Names must be realistic, relate to names in the real world, and cannot be used names of famous persons. | Jail 10 min and change nickname

i was punished for asking about in game questions instead of being offered help i feel like this was power abuse

would like seniors to check this please so this don't happen to other players

since there was a brief time apart from my questions and was not flooding tickets i was not offered any support or help with this matter

i was punished and muted instead can you explain what i did wrong so it dont happen again and can i have an answer from my ticket please
