Cayo Perico for a long time has been known as the hideout for drug smuggling warlords. The LEOs finally willing to retaliate decide to form an elite group to raid their HQ on the Cayo Perico. They land their plane on the airstrip get in cars and head towards their HQ. The gangs already getting information about the siege from a corrupt officer! The LEOs are shocked to see that the gangs are expecting their arrival, and a fight breaks out.

No Drugs or Juices
No Patching other people
