Life story:
Efe Specter always hated school growing up, all he wanted was to fly planes and use guns for a living. He never paid attention in his classes, therefore he was failing most of them due to his lack of discipline and dedication to his grades. He believed school was useless. However, in his "weird world" grades meant everything, without good grades he couldn't find a job and possibly starve to death. Therefore, he started working hard, he put aside his dreams of fighter planes and guns. He studied and studied, and in the end, he achieved all A* and moved out.
Career Story:
Efe always wanted to join the FIB, however, he was welcomed with a big bowl of ignorance. He worked hard but nobody noticed and kept disrespecting him because of his dreams and goals. Efe left the FIB and decided to join the National Guard to serve his community and protect them by doing the thing he liked the most, which is flying planes and using guns. He was respected in the military so he liked it more there. Harvey Divinus was his best friend and he followed him into organizations which created a bonding partnership between them, they relied on each other in hard situations and gave each other advice all the time.
Outcomes:
1- Efe can take bribes (Up to 100k)
2- Efe can carry, use, sell and buy illegal items from other people or black market (except organization weapons and items) (Of course while being off-duty)
3- Efe can conceal his identity and initiate in all sorts of illegal activities (similar to outcome 2, while being off-duty)
4- Efe can release his 10-15s if he wants to (with an rp reason)
5- Efe can take the ammunition or weapons dropped by criminals. (while not in active gun fight)
6- Efe can refuse to show his ID or provide a lawyer to a 10-15
7- Efe can smash and destroy bodycams if found (by providing proper rp and using the /try commands. Limited by 2 per situation)
8- Efe can become a hostage for a bribe of 100k maximum due to the crimanls he met while he was working for National Guards long time.
9- Efe can Torture/ threaten when he feel its needed to get specific information.
10- Efe can lie in some specific scenarios to hide his corruption
