Rejected Demorg for CR | Destiny Broddy

Hello admins, Destiny broddy just punished me for CR in this threat Approved - CL | 338893 however I Saif Khan me told me, in game and in forums that its not CR, and I can make a forum about the CL. Here is the report where he said its not CR Rejected - CR | 58559. Then Destiny reviews the CL forum I made and punishes me. Like now im confused if im breaking a rule or not. I already informed Saif in the forum that I gave demands and there is no other way I can stop the guy other than driving infront of him. It wasn't even that hard of a CR but I still got punished. I feel its unfair since Saif nor Destiny cant agree on a rule. I might finish demorg in the meantime but all i'm asking for is removing the punishment from punishment history since I wanna keep it as clean as possible. Thanks in advance!

Hello, In the POV you submitted at around 14 seconds and 17 seconds I clearly see you turn right into his car to pull him over. Your point of a pit maneuver make sense but to me it looks like you exceed that. Online here is a pit maneuver,

and in your POV you clearly do not perform this move but I will let higher up admins decide.

I do get your point. But your talking about sec 17. He as the one who rammed me and then the cars go launched. If im not mistaken its a bug similar to this one
