2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- When I entered the crime life for the first time, Ballas was my first gang and from there my passion and interest in Gang RP increased and I enjoyed my time in Ballas very much and being leader of the first gang I joined is another level feeling.
- During this course of time, I learnt the values and qualities of a good and responsible leader and due to this experience I would choose the High Commands of my gang carefully so that they do not break rules and I can end my term under 2 warns or with no warnings.
- To complete the goal of 100% turf, I have reserved a place for turf leader who will lead the turf team and capture the maximum area and If any gang member breaks server rules or internal gang rules, he/she will be directly blacklisted from the gang, this will help in running my gang smoothly and it will also avoid my gang from getting warns or verbals.
- Also, bringing people into my gang wouldn't be hard as I am in a big family and I have allies with many big families. So, I think I can make Ballas the most active gang in ghetto and the city.
- Lastly, I want my first leader experience after so many tries and experiencing 1 interview too. So, I think this time I can be leader of the first gang I joined in this city and also I want to teach the new citizens or new gang joiners the fun, experience and passion of Gang RP

- Highest bonuses
- Minimum 3 store Robberies a day including gun store
- Attend all events like Battleship, clands, subs, etc which are happening around the city
- Aiming for 100% turf
- Aiming for 100% spray
- Make Ballas the most active and top gang in the ghetto and the whole city
