Approved VDMing and HEADPOPPING during RP | 52007

Suspect (light blue Porche) was seen car ramming our trucks off the road during a normal supply run for FIB. I tried initiating a pit maneuver multiple times and failed as seen in the video. Also seen in the video is a White SUV where I try and initiate a pit maneuver along with blocking his vehicle from moving forward and a verbal altercation occurred with that driver.
