Yes, and at 2 min 10 sec you can see that they even installed spikes, but when we asked for free passage, there should have been no spikes

This is not FailRP. You asked for 30 seconds (which we don't have to obey by) Also you only had one hostage so one demand. In addition to this, there were no spikes/barricades at the situation when you were leaving, You had free passage. There were officers waiting miles away up the road with spikes which is allowed. You already left the situation and had a free escape.
