Life Story:
Sanov was born in Albania/Tirana and grown up in USA after his family moved to NYC he got a tough family thinking about money and power his father was ex-mil and his mom was found dead due to drugs overdose, his life after 14 turned black he started to smoke and drink too early his father disowned him after a short time of discovering that his son was drinking and smoking, Sanov started to think about his future life and decided that he will be cruel as much as he can and he found out that the Military is recruiting and he saw that it's the only lane to start his black career without fear or weaknesses so he decided to join the National Guard after a short period and during his first training he had a trouble with his trainer who was tough and paranoid so one of sanov's new friends inside the base talked with him about a well-known corrupted officer inside the base that he can help him to avoid the trainer toughness only for a bribe and from this point sanov started to think deeply about being corrupted and to take his first step toward the dirty career hoping not to be caught and that happened once he heard the base alarm ringing and everyone is yelling we have trespassers he rushed into the gates of the base taking cover beside his armed mates and once he saw one of the trespassers car he started to shoot with mercy until he managed to stop the vehicle and caught the trespasser and after he searched him and found illegal items like pistols and ammunation he decided to keep them for himself to sell them later and on the way to penal colony he got a great idea which is to let the trespasser leave without punishment for a decent amount of cash and he started to give the signs for him until the trespasser introduced a good offer for sanov which is 100k to let him free and guess what ? Sanov accepted the offer and from here everything started.
career story:
He started his career at National Guard and decided to make it black for everyone without showing mercy, He was thinking million of times everyday to transfer to other orgs like LSPD,SAHP so that he can interact with more civilians and people who prefer to break the law so that he can show them the bad side of him but he decided to stay in national guard until he make sure 100% that he is ready to introduce the monster inside him to the other orgs and after a short time he changed his mind and decided to spend more and more time as it is a way to invest and learning more about the base and the new units during that time he started to be more greedy and ambitious, doing his best to be on the top always without caring about other people and whoever is trying to take him down or underestimate him gonna face a severe punishment out of no where and that happened already 2 times with 2 NCO's when they disrespected him, Sanov decided to Rob his NCO's and he set up a plan which is camping near the base waiting them after they go off duty with a high preparations (Black Mask,Heavy Shotgun,LMG) and he placed on the road some spikes so he can blow up their car tires and guess what his plan didn't fail, he managed to rob one of them and the other one who failed to comply with him found dead the next day near the military base Since that time Sanov started to feel proud about himself and decided that he will never stop moving toward his goal in addition to that everyone should pay respect to him without thinking about the opposite side.
Outcomes:
1. Sanov can take bribes from his 10-15 up to 100k
2. Sanov can smash and destroy bodycams (by using /try, 2 times per situation)
3- Sanov can use illegal weapons on/off duty and can sell illegal weapons that he picked up from gang/family members.
4. Sanov can break laws and the Code Of Procedure
5. Sanov can refuse to show his ID and lie about him requesting a lawyer for the suspect.
6. Sanov can buy/sell information for His personal profits.
7. Sanov can Demand from his 10-15 to drop their weapons/ammunition
8. Sanov can torture his 10-15s if they do not give the money or gain information. ( Keeping in mind that we cannot kill 10-15 ).
9. Sanov can off-road in any SUV or 4-door vehicle. (RP driving and no rule breaks).
10- Sanov can detain anyone for fake charges and can frighten/disrespect anyone such as how gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10, and 6.19).
