I have gained a lot of experience in the criminal and legal aspects, so I have a solid understanding of how the organization works and what needs to be done. My experience taught me important lessons about everything in general. I have shown dedication in gangster and legal organizations.
2: Regarding the gang, I aim to unify and give everyone in the gang a purpose to progress and learn, as I support and understand each member. My main goal would be to build a great relationship with each member to strengthen our bond and act together as a force to be reckoned with.
3: Leaders should always care about their members no matter what. I will take care of the members under my leadership. I will provide them with everything they may need to advance and learn in the org. I will carefully select my deputies and high commanders so that they too can help the gang members.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
One of my main goals would be to teach and show how things are done and provide new opportunities for everyone.
My other main goal would be to do as many FZ raids, Gun store/shop heists and other events as I can.
It would also reduce the violation of the rules and every new member would be thoroughly examined by the rules before entering the organization.
