Rejected Players didnt recieve punishment

in my forum post (https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/6657/#post-22763) i said that players (id 75, 1503) broke general rule 6.10 to which Xavier Escuela said that they mightve been revived in the situation. I have clips of those players being finished after being killed which i did not include in the forum post.

If you give me about 12 hours i will be able to provide proof of them being finished which means they couldnt come back for 15 minutds

I cant provide the POV right now since im not on my pc but in about 8-9 hours i will be able to.

I can only punish people with context to the proof provided (Here,

). In this POV, I can never make out whether ID 75 and ID 1503 broke the NRL (as the video cuts from you knocking them down to you meeting them 2 mins later). I saw ID 75 doing Fear-RP, I punished him.

If you have evidence of them breaking the NRL I'm happy to punish them too.
