Ski Chekros for FIB leader!!
Chapter 1: reasons to accept me!
I know all the laws and rules followed by being a leader of a legal org.
I am fair and do not pick sides.
I have a lot of experience in law enforcement and many other legal orgs.
There is a lot of reason to accept me but I will keep it short and simple
Chapter 2: My strengths and weaknesses
I am a nice person, when you are doing your job correctly I will enforce the rules and keep everyone on there task everyone in the org will be treated fairly and no favorites will be chosen. I will listen to my LEO’s and take there thoughts into consideration I can be active 8 hours a day and keep everything updated and all.
Chapter 3: expectations and reality
The reality of this is FIB is being known for being a controlling organizations and trying to go above another legal organizations head this will not happen if I am elected as leader there will be equal rights we will have the same rights as other organizations.
Expectations of me being leader is to fairly train all my FTOs to be able to train correctly, if possible there will be a weekly bodycam overview of my high command officers to see that they are training correctly, there for will keep us from warnings and and strikes.
