2. Gakill can be a hostage for money. (Up to 100k)
3. Gakill can kill people in ghetto for fun with his family members. (Only while off duty)
4. Gakill can lie about a lawyer. (He can say lawyer is not available in city)
5. Gakill will always have his org radio on him to be able to respond to situations quickly.
6. Gakill always carries his organization weapons OFF Duty and can respond to emergency calls OFF Duty (not going to put anywhere like personal WH or car's trunks and With compliance to Gen Rule 6.3 and will not attend scripted events OFF Duty )
7. Gakill can release his 10-15s if he wants to (with an rp reason)
