Despite of length of the POV in first case he did action on a Unconscious person

POV which i provided had enough proof of him breaking rule if admin had same intention of POV is not enough then could have requested for extended though it is clear he killed me in random ghetto fight started doing animation. Where rule breaker was set free to go after breaking a rule which can be seen clearly.


I feel some fair decision would be taken.

Rejected. Read previous reply I agree with it. You assume that he broke 6.8 and based on assuming I do not punish people+ no full pov provided either
