2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to become the leader of the gang ballas, make this gang stronger and take over all the slums by controlling other gang members and win all events with good numbers. I have many friends and family who joined my gang and rose to the top of the scene. I will increase the crime rate by agreeing with Leo to make more purchases, commit gun store robberies, and do closed events to increase the crime rate and generate good RP..
-after becoming a leader of this org i can hire a best player of the server which had a best in aiming the we fight with other gand and expand our gand right now i can see the ballas gang is not that active i can make this gand active like i.e. san andreas ballas gang
-i visited ballas HQ but there is no HC available on everytime i visited i can make sure that Everytime there is 1 HC is available HQ for the interview of player which want to join gang if they pass interview HC can hire the
-If I take the leadership, through my efforts, my family gang will work with many members of each gang competition and plan to give special money to the gangs to make money.
-if i become a gang leader then i can hire member from my family to increase the number of member in ballas gang and we all work togather a make ballas on top in the city
