Additional information
I didn't work in FiB and currently don't know much stuff that goes on there, but I was the leader of organizations on multiple servers. And I think I will get along pretty well, with help of previous High Command Agents. I do like to work in a team, and I like helping others that's what matters.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

a) I think there is a lot of things that could be improved in FiB. I do know how to lead large groups, personally think that I am an equally good listener as I am a commander. Would be open-minded for any suggestion that is handed to me, not only from my Organisation but as well other Organisations and Citizens.

b) I have some plans for FiB, which could lead FiB to become the best Organisation on the server currently. I would like to make organizations more connected with each other because I currently don't see much attention going towards improving and building connections and establishing good relationships with other organizations.

c) I would like to improve training because the key to success is knowledge, and how will you be successful if you do not have smart individuals alongside you. I examined the behavior of FiB officers over the time being and I didn't like what I saw.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

-I will design and implement new strategies for Yellow Zone events, and how to go around some situations that are crucial for the improvement of Rp on this server.

-I would integrate video demonstrations of new strategies and potentially training structures.

-I will look forward to collaboration with LSPD and SAHP to improve their patrols and speed traps etc.

-I would communicate with my staff while providing good strategies and improving teamwork that will emphasize our ability to productively work with others.

-I would implement at least some kind of dress code when going to an event/robbery.

-I will have a group meeting when/if I become a FiB with High Command and will take into consideration everything they suggest.

Experience is really important, i recommend joining FIB and gaining some experience before applying for leader, but good luck!
