Rejected Banned due to misunderstanding of having smurf accounts

Hello Dear Admins,
I am Ryuzaki Yagami (33371), IRL Name- Sourin Pal. I got permanently banned for violating General Rules 1.5 which is technically one person can't have smurf accounts. I didnt have GTA V in my Epic Library so I used my friend Carlita McDonalds's (32269) Epic account, whose IRL name is Mousam Singha. He got a ban for 60 days for violating the same rule. We are two different persons playing together using two different Grand RP IDs, so only the same thing is the Epic ID.
So, now my question is if I purchase GTA V from Epic/Steam now, will it be possible to unban our Grand RP accounts ? because when we created the accounts, there was no warning there that I cant make more than 1 ID using same Epic account. It was a big mistake from our side and we apologize for that.
We got banned by Alex Odd(98), whose decision I totally respect, but we will be highly obliged if you consider our issues and give us solution about recovering our Grand RP accounts. Thank you

Regarding this smurf account issue, 1.5 says you cant have more than 1 additional account which implies you can have 1 additional. Which was what they were doing here. Just 1 additional. So I don't understand why they got banned.

I would also like to know about this as one of my friends doesn’t have the game in his library and I didn’t know it was possible to share epic account until seeing this and checking Google. In Rule 1.5 it mentions that you can not have more than one additional ID on the same account. Meaning that you are allowed to have one but only one. If they were both being played by separate people in different locations, then I thought this wouldn’t be a smurf account situation, as the rules state it’s allowed.

There are many different usernames used from same SOCIAL club
All of them are banned according to rule 1.5
32269 - 60 days
32491 - perm
33371 - perm
50533 - perm
