The reason why i shot him is due to the fact that he is trespassing on a Government facility otherwise known as DOC, as in the bodycam in both mine and his you can clearly see him VDM me and me kill him, But he also didn't include the rest of the bodycam where he is CR the SAHP officer as you can see. Another thing he didn't put into the bodycam complaint was the friend who had mercy killed him. I shot the guy because he was trespassing in the DOC there is no reason for me to give him demands to leave if he has already trespassed into the facility which is supposed to be very secure.
