I am applying from 4-5 months to be reassigned in the admin team. I had tried many ways to make my application interesting. But I haven't get selected at any ways though trying hard. So I am curious to know that is there any faults that I am making in application or something else. Because I want to eagerly help the community and join the administration team. I know I have done mistakes, but I wanna get a second chance to get into team. If possible please recruit me again
