2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1- I have already worked in ems for 2 terms in en3 and i have experince and that i could lead my way through and make new people aware about ems.
2- I would even like to give my time mostly to ems where i interact with my juniors and make them to learn .
3- I would keep my more focus on bonuses,management skills and not bring clashes mostly and maintain it good.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I Would preferably say that the leader should mostly interact with the juniors or ems and make them to learn where it gives a good experince for both the players where they would interact and share their expeirences and by offering them some rewards and bonuses to make them active and grow the ems community.
