1) I am old FIB High command, Leadership in FIB provides a platform to make a meaningful impact on the organization and its members. I aim to implement effective training programs, foster a positive and supportive environment, and streamline operational processes. By doing so, I can enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of FIB, making it a model law enforcement agency within the RP community.

1) Training Programs: Develop comprehensive training programs for new recruits and ongoing skill development for existing members. Include modules on RP etiquette, communication skills, conflict resolution, and realistic in-game scenarios.
2) Invest in leadership development within the FIB. Train officers to lead by example, mentor newer members, and promote a positive and professional atmosphere within the organization.
3) Foster collaboration with other roleplaying groups and organizations within the Grand RP server. Encourage joint operations, coordinated responses to emergencies, and cross-training opportunities.
