In the early years of her life Feather was doted on, loved by both her mother and father. around her she had two brothers, one sharing half her blood and the other bonded by circumstance. Growing up she would prove to have quite the talent for taking those who would prove to be strong of will and swaying them to her own, Frank Battz was a man known for having as hard a head as the bat he would bring down on the joints of those that owed him money. Feather would simply smile and Frank would kill for his little girl.
Her Father’s Arrest:
Feather had always known what her father was like, she knew that people feared and respected Frank and that he was a very violent man but Feather had yet to come face to face with this violence. That was until she witnessed him brutally murder a man, so brutal the murder that the only way to identify the victim was through Feather’s testimony. Frank was betrayed by his little princess, she was the very reason he was being put behind bars, it set of a chain of events that would lead Feather far from Liberty City and lead to her overseeing the very same type of place that housed her father.
Teenage Years
After her father’s imprisonment Feather was split from her brothers, Jax and Donny remained in Liberty city and in a quest for a life free from the government Indigo Creek took Feather and fled to Los Santos where she would raise Feather on a hippy commune. Los Santos however was still a hive of villainy and scum. Feather however would not be swayed, her stubbornness led to her putting her own father behind bars and in this regard she will not bend, for she knew that if she stood any chance of having a decent future, she would either have to stay clear of criminal influence. Or take it upon herself to try and set them on a better path. It was in this endeavour she ran across her soon to be best friend Luis, a petty thief and general trouble maker, although life would take him down a very different path Feather is always trying to make him be a better man.
Present Day
Feather would begin working for the government, knowing it is a path that would place her into the D.O.C, the only place in Los Santos that Feather believes will help criminals see the error of their ways. She would meet many people working as an officer in the D.O.C both friend and foe alike. Being that she holds strong views on the law and the unwillingness to bend it lest it break. Feather made her move for Director of the D.O.C, for where better to fight against crime in the city, than Bolingbroke Pen.
Philosophy
Being raised by a hippy wasn't all groovy music and psychedelic drugs, what Indigo Creek departed onto Feather was an outlook on life that she has lived by from childhood. To treat everyone, at first like a friend, to become the light you want to see in the world or as her mother would put it, Happy Vibes, Happy Life. Feather took this to heart and lives it true but some of her father might slip through. Feather will treat you like her best friend....until you cross her.
Outcomes
- Feather while not being a part of any criminal organization, has been known to socialize with them, her character and morality being without question she fears no outcome from this.
- As Director of D.O.C Feather carries with her a personal bodycam when not on Duty, making sure her actions and those around her are recorded.
- Has undergone weapons training since her childhood, capable with a pistols and rifles Feather could easily take on 2 armed and 3 unarmed people who many wish her harm.
