i was complying with his demands, but he still killed me. and he is also shooting before the 5 second countdown.
is it allowed to shoot before the 5 second countdown? YES or NO?

so if a person steps out of the car, there is no need for countdown? you can just shoot instant, i got it right?

what if i didnt have a car, and i came running? he can shoot me instant without countdown also?
