The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
A group of people amidst a conflict outside the postal cannot come to an agreement. To solve the conflict for once and for all they decide to have a race. They decide to run down to the office where their bikes are parked. They then switch their shoes out for some wheels and decide to race to the LSPD HQ. The first person there would be victorious.
Why this event:
It is fun and promotes running and the usage of bikes as well as running.

Just bikes

No ramming
