We killed him and after we gave him medical attention. We pointed 2+ guns on him and gave him demands to follow us for cover and put his hands up. He was only wearing a desert scarf and no clothes. Before he put his hands up, he puts on his Louis Vuitton clothes on and not listening to our demands. When he finally puts his hands in the air he runs away from cover only so his friends could kill/finish him so he won't get robbed. In my eyes this is not allowed and he was stalling so his friends could come back to help him again.
