ID- 118225 will be punished for GR 6.15 and VDM
But as of ID- 127520 (he only shot you after you pulled out your weapon and he was not the driver of the vehicle.) hence wont be punished.)
Additionally Thread Owner ID -118348 will be Punished for Power Gaming. (Pulling out gun while you are smashed and cant move)
