Rejected I got jailed for no reason

Hi I am Ava Albo me and my other two friends were just talking and then this officer cam out of nowhere. I did not know that he was an officer so like a normal Hommen being would do I just went to the officer and I asked who are you and then he told me to stop disrespecting him and the only thing I said was who are you so then he arrested me for no reason and I am still in jail.
