I don't like that way also but since he hasn't break any rules so i cant see any problems/mistakes .. about the reason i can say that the IC reason he refused to obey when he got demands (with the fact that Haider didn't hear demands)

about laughing .. just do your self favor and check Benjamin's POV i believe you gonna find the reason why the guy laughed (with the fact there maybe be mistake from both of them).

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.​

• ID 191 and ID 3125 will not receive punishment because ID 191 gave you demand but you couldn't hear him.
  
  However
  
  ID 2902 will receive punishment for General Rule 3.2
  
  "Parents should not be mentioned in all chats, including voice"
