The gangs and representatives from law enforcement gathered together for a crucial meeting aimed at resolving their ongoing conflicts. Recognizing the futility and harm of engaging in violent confrontations, they collectively decided to pursue a more constructive and peaceful approach. Rather than resorting to gunfights and the shedding of blood, they embraced the idea of a race as a means of channeling their competitive energy and settling their disputes. After thoughtful deliberation, they agreed to organize a race that would commence from the City hospital, winding its way through the urban landscape, and culminating at the hospital located in Sandy Shore. This decision marked a significant step towards fostering dialogue and finding common ground amidst their differences.
