2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1st. Responsibility, I feel like I would be fit for the leader position due to my ability to take responsibility for my actions including my members, because a leader is supposed to stick up for his members and teach them from their mistakes, teach them their rights and wrongs.
2nd. Leadership, Another reason why I think I would be a great fit for the leader position, is the fact that I am able to lead events and make sure people listen people are active, I would make sure members stay active by constantly recruiting people that are fit to join the org making sure they are active and helpful during events such as store robberies, FZ Raid....
3rd. Patience, Another reason why I think I would be a great fit for the leader postition, is my patience with members in the ORG I understand mistakes and I know you can learn from mistakes and can make yourself a better person and knowing they could teach other people at pass things on.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I would improve roleplay by constantly reminding people of the rules, try to take more things IC rather than OOC, Improve relationships with the orgs.
