Rejected Very unprofessional Police officer

This police officer stopped me for overspeeding. He was teaching me how to drive safer in the city. At the end he teaches me that he can break the rules coz he is a police officer. Totally unprofessional behavior. He didnt need to run me down even if he was irritated with my questions.
