I joined EMS around 3 months ago. I had been working hard since, making my way up till Head Of Divisions. Then I decided to resign because of some OOC issues. Before quitting, I returned my mask to our Ex-Chief Of Staff Kenny Waynes. He then fired me and my roles at EMS were removed. I decided to join back. As i logged in the game, i am seeing that I have been blocked for GR6.3 with text "EMS Mask 31-03"

This is really confusing as I am completely sure that my mask was returned to ems.

I do not think that I have done something wrong to deserve this punishment. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Re-Reviewing the case, you gave back your Medical Masks everytime, but you are still in possession of the Medical Mask you received on 2024-03-08 by NosyL Opps. This mask is still in your inventory and you were in between (time of getting the mask and time of ban) not part of EMS anymore.

If higher up admins forgive you, you need to return this mask instantly and in future be more careful with medical masks, especially not holding on to them after you get off duty.

Yes. I will instantly return my mask as soon as i am pardoned. This was all unintentional and a pure unknown mistake.

hey i just logged in with my any of my id (Both the main id which got banned and the twink id that got recovered today)
My main id is '[email protected]'
this is what is shown when i try to log in:

and i tried to give a wrong [random letters] password to check and i see this:

here, they show wrong data giving me signal that my id is still there...
since i got banned in main, i tried to play on twink until i am unbanned. but i forgot its details so i made another forum to recover my twink:
