2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to be leader of this organization because:
1) I want to help the citizens firstly and just not helping them out but guiding them also about how to join the lspd. I will be great leader and running the org very smoothly. I will always ensure to help out the citizens in a good way.
2) I have my Previous experience in lspd and fib at high command ranks so I know that how to deal in high pressure situations. But not to get panic in that situations. I am very helpful person and also a friendly person so I will be respectful to my collegues.
3) I am very honest man and also high command is not the thing given to any friend that dont deserve it. So I will not do any kind of favouratism because what I observed is in all organization there is favouratism going on and high commands are giving good ranks to there friends who dont deserve it and dont know rules about city and there work.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) Hiring new people and giving them training. Doing open recruitment as well
2) Make sure that always there is an HR available at HQ and if anyone come to join lspd the hr will help them out. This is because from my experience what I observed is the hr is not available all the time.
3) Also Hiring more and more training officers so that they can provide training to them at any cost. Because new people who joins do waits for training and no training officer is available. Also giving training officers a good bonus.
4) Always be active in all events and giving maximum numbers there
5) Giving the bonus to all officers weekly because if we give bonus they gets motivated. What I observed previously I worked in lspd and didnt got any kind of bonus when I leader he didnt gave me the bonus.
Various Departments:
Human Resource: These are the officers which will take care with the hiring of new officers and giving them training and providing them logs and roles in emails.
Internal Affairs: They will always do check the activities in the logs and do bgc check and always make sure to check liscences and take action accordingly.
Parking Enforcement: They will issue fine to illegally parked vehicles and also tow them.
SWAT: They will Catch the wanted criminals and also do cannabis confiscation. And also lead in all events.
BONUS SYSYTEM:
Store Robberies and scripted events: 15k
Subs: 35k
Hostage situation and unscripted events: 7k
Bonuses for each department will be decided by Chief of staff i.e. curator of departments
