Rejected VDM + Shooing Without Demand Call

Hello dear admin, We were standing outside my family's house and this stranger (149886) comes and starts shooting me without giving any demand calls. You can see him shooting when the video starts. He then started VDM. I started my POV late but when I was going back to my friend you can see his shooting skills.
