2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to be leader of this organization because:
1) Firstly I am playing on this server for more then a year and I also played on en1 for more then 2 years. So I also working in lspd and fib as high commands in en3 and i know how to deal with high pressure situations and be calm in high pressure situation and deal with that situation.
2) I also have my dream to be a leader of NG and I want to serve the city and help the citizens. Also helping all the organizations doing candy runs. I am Always respectful to all citizens as well as soldiers who are working in NG. So I Have great leadership skills which will help me to become a leader.
3) I always make sure that there in no favouratism going on in organization. What I observed is people give high ranks to there friends who dont event know how to do work. I will always give high command rank to someone who have previous experience or to someone who does hardwork and really deserves that.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) Firstly Hiring more and more HR people who can hire and train people and help them to learn new things. Doing open recruitments as much as possible.
2) Making sure there is atleast one hr available at base every time. We will hire different timezones people for HR. It will be possible by giving great bonus to them
3) Making sure to go to all events and giving maximum numbers there
4) Giving bonuses to soldiers on daily basis to motivate them. Then There will be maximum numbers present
Various Departments:
Human Resources (HR) : Members of this department will hire new people, take interview and also give them logs and also give them training as well.
Military Police (MP) : This Department is basically IA department which will take care of all the internal things like helping soldiers if they have any problems, doing activity checks and doing bgc checks from time to time.
Air Force (AF) : This department will do air patrol and be ready to go to any events including gang raids and acc.
Special operation force (SOF) : They deals with high risk situations outside the designated zones and they will also provide assistance to other orgs if needed.
Bonus System:
30k Each Hour for Day and 35k each hour for Night For Gate Keeping | Max 5 hours and From 12Pm To 22PM (Night bonus is from 20:00 to 22:00)
