I was driving a car. Then ID: 285130 issued me a fine randomly. I went to lspd to know the reason for the fine and they told me it was for over speeding. But in this clip you can see there were no cops near or around me.

Check 0:15 of your POV and 0:19. You can clearly see a speeding cam on the corner and you got a fine for speeding, Call a lawyer if you disagree with the fine.
