2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
For a period of time, I proudly served as a soldier, representing NG with the highest of motives. I was General in NG before. My experience and knowledge will contribute to the National Guard's expansion and improvement. I firmly feel that I possess the knowledge, commitment, and leadership abilities necessary to command this Army.
Make an effort to maintain positive connections with every other organisation. While on duty, I want every member of the National Guard to always act with decency and professionalism.When it comes to the National Guard as an organisation, I will work hard to make it excellent and collaborate closely with other organisations in order to help everyone in need.
I have experience working in practically every department at NG.I also understand the requirements and how most of departments operate. With the information I possess, I can monitor every department and identify areas for improvement for every team, with the assistance of their leaders. thereby, significant progress will be achievable if I make the most of everything I have and design a plan for every department in NG.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Provide instruction on practical roleplaying methods. Give advice on how to accomplish the roleplay scenario's objectives, stay in character, and communicate clearly.
In order to make NG a better organisation with good and experienced members and to improve the RP, I will concentrate on both quantity and quality.
The NG members on base can improve their shooting abilities, tactical knowledge, and reflexes by participating in battle training and simulation exercises. This will also help the system feel as though the NG is the best defence for the city.
