2. Complaints for curator of the project ONLY for management level complaints. You can't appeal your warning or 7 days ban. You can appeal only permanent or long-term bans.

Why do people with 27 flin cc penalties do not get banned, while people with 17 criminal penalties do? It is really strange that there is such discrimination in this beautiful project.
