What happened?
I was in the old FIB Garage and got killed by an SAHP officer, after which I left the game. When I logged back in after about 5 minutes, I saw that I was alive again and killed the SAHP officer.
As you can see from my point of view (POV), I did not exploit the F1 bug; I only left the game. I cannot explain why I was alive again. Nevertheless, I apologize for taking advantage of this situation by killing the SAHP officer.

I am aware that whether I exploited the bug or not doesn't make a difference, but the fact remains that I used this glitch to my advantage to kill the officer, so I hope you can consider giving me a reduction in punishment.
