As Per ID 69662 He Did Not Car Ram You Intentionally, As You Moved To His Way Multiple Times.
As Per ID 150899 His Voice Was Not Audible In Your POV, So I Assume You Did Not Hear Him, And He Did Not Know That.

But,
ID 151165 will receive a punishment for UB Demand
