Dear administrator. I received a penalty of GR1.1. I did not mean to violate the server rules, and when I learned of the mistakes I had made, I immediately informed the admin. I would like you to accept my apology and give me another opportunity to play on the server with my friends and other players and have a wonderful experience because of the fairness of the administration. I hope you accept my apology, and you have the utmost respect.
