When I heard the gunshot, I got curious and went there. I followed the man because I thought he was going to do something illegal because he had a gun in his hand. That's when he shot me. All in pov.

Yes, he kills you without demands, however, you should not follow him, you should be fearing for your life instead of being nosy right next to an armed person (being shot is what you could expect).
