Hey.

I dont know why i am blacklisted. Im just buying the lottery tickets because it was very cheap.
Its not my fault, if i have money i can spend for everything what i want, or not?
Is there any limits for the lottery tickets? I cant see in the rules.
I cant understand what happened.

Its not my fault that you got blacklisted. If I have possibility to blacklist I can issue to whoever I want, or not? I can't understand what happened​
